That's a scary story about the Ford burning down like that. Glad to hear you got out ok! When I was in high school, I worked at a parts store and my coworker had a Mustang. He came in one day telling us how he nearly burned down his garage because the engine started on fire. Another coworker just looked at him, shrugged and said "well... Ford, fire... they both start with F" haha
I'm scared of my fuel pump dying and then having to replace all of my fuel lines as well, but at least it seems like there are a few good options for replacement parts. I love my truck! There's not a lot of parts that you can't get for these things.
