Im happy that I got this truck over a soild axle...
But damnit if it doesn't need an alignment if you just look at it wrong.
Camber, caster, and toe. In that order of most easily upset.
Any control arms or component upgrades that will keep me away from the alignment shop better?

Keeping away from potholes will lessen your chances of needing an alignment every year but I dont know how bad the roads are where you live. I live in Mass ans potholes are a common problem here. I get a front end alignment once a year, usually in the spring.

Is your rig lifted? Lot's of off road driving maybe? You really shouldn't need an alignment constantly...

Apparently there are knockouts you can take out that help when you get it aligned

Well I just finished replacing all my bushings and did not notice "knock outs" inside the frame mounts to make the adjustment slots longer. But the adjustment slots themselves looked rather chewed inside from the bolts' hard edges....
