Fender flares.

Okay guys so I bought some new wheels for my truck but they stick out past my fenders so I'm getting flares.. I want some opinions on this.. I plan on rhino lining the body from the trim strip down. These are what I've been thinking on doing so far. I was thinking of doing the body in rhino lining painted black or doing the rhino lining in red I always liked red and black combos. But should I do that portion of the fender flares in rhino lining to or do you think I should let those go.. Also should I paint the flares red to match the bottom of the truck if I do go with red or leave the flares black instead? Opinions please?

All I have right now are the rims but the guy I bought them from showed me a picture of them on his obs hoe.. He said they stick out 2 inches.. They are american racing outlaw 2 rims.
