I have a 1991 z71 shortbed regular cab. Original 350tbi and 700r4 tranny. All stock 77,000 original miles.I was wondering what the 0-60 time should be?

Depends on how much weight is in the back when you drop it.

Pretty sure that was a joke, 0-60mph if you dropped it from a crane. As for a semi-serious answer, my RCLB with the V6 will do it in just under 10 seconds. Never timed it in my Suburban. I'd imagine you'll be faster than that but I'm not really sure how much. The less weight the better.

Take it to the track on a bracket day and you'll get a time slip. Something like this:

You must be registered for see images attach

Much more telling about your acceleration than "0-60 mph", which is just magazine hype/bullspit or for "plank racers".

Start quoting 60', 330', 1/8 and 1/4 times and you'll get more respect from those who actually know what they are doing.

You might even get the drag racing bug.......:)
