Ive seen them at carquest and NAPA. Sometimes Oreillys have them. The ones ive seen are a white disk shaped piece of rubber.

Be careful with it, you can burn the crap out of your paint with it. Don't hold it in one place to long

And do NOT use it on plastic period. They melt plastic in a heartbeat, I know because w use them at work

Just go to your local autobody suply store, thats what i did, i originally asked for the 3M but they had a knock off brand, for half the price that worked like magic! cheaper always seems to be awesome when it works Just as good!
