Oh OK,
I was looking at your WUD and it showed 800mV for your 02 voltage at 14.3(14.5)? and thought it was reading the NB.
I understand that the NB only reads mixtures close to stoich but how far +/-?

That is from the NBO2. At any given moment it can read that high and then switch down below .45V. That's cross counts.

Here's an example - the graph shows both WBO2 (in purple) and NBO2 (in red). Look at O2: 200 Cross Counts and 884 mV at that 0 time stamp. The ECM is Constantly adjusting AFR - another reason you want a faster BAUD Rate,

Yeah,
I see the NB02 is all over the place where the WB02 is a lot more steady.
I'm guessing the ECM in mine is averaging the NB02?
