I think I've stumbled upon probably the easiest very solid dash repair you can do on one of these trucks.

I just lightly sanded the edges of the cracks and used some fast dry panel bond adhesive.

I've realized how great this stuff really is, and I think it people should have it in any home. All I need now is a dash cover.

I'd recommend stop-drilling the end of the crack before applying the adhesive. Basically, find the very end of the crack and drill a 1/8" hole. The jagged end of the crack can crack further, but a round hole at the end prevents the crack from growing. It's a common technique used on aircraft when making a repair.
