Double Din & custom console?

93 k1500.. has the dual din under air vents now. Glare is a ***** on it. Has anyone fabbed one in the same area and got it recessed enough or the right tilt to not have any glare??

Some double dins have anti-glare screens, The one I'm using is a pioneer avh-p4200dvd it's a older unit but works great for my needs. I tried a newer pioneer and the screen glare was so bad I couldn't see the screen during the day.

I build a custom center console with two 10" subs downfiring and ported that turned out really nice and sounds good. Even put the cup holders in it from a 2000's suburban console

Yea mine is a cheaper dual brand . I can’t exactly find anti glares that i could put on it; most are for fog or rain. Not really seeing any for sun glare
