Direct Fit Electric Fan Cooling Replacement

A few years ago I converted my old shortbed C10(inline 6) to electric fans, Just 2 15" fans directly to the Radiator, and a new 105amp alternator. I also switched to a 2 bbl weber carb, went from 9mpg to 14mpg. Im sure the carb had a lot to do with it, but the fans will definitely give an increase in mpg, at least compared to an oldshool non-clutched fan.

Im pretty sure my Radiator/condenser aux. cooling fan has taken a dump, with a/c on the temps climb fast at a signal so I checked when I got home and it barely turns with the a/c on, sort of indicates a bad motor right?
