Just a quick question on the front conversion. I have a 95 Sierra. I just picked up the whole front clip, bumper to windshield for $75!
Do I need to swap the fenders too? I have to change out my core support because its bent, But if I dont have to swap the fenders Im just going to sell them.
They have the cladding on them around the wheel well. I have the cladding from the sides too, Not going to use it. I have a regular cab truck.

I figured it out. I need to replace fenders too. grill is deeper than the original.
Starting it tomorrow!
