Finished the interior, engine bay pic, redid the front end suspension, stripped all the paint and primered it.

So I took the 'Ol Burban on another Storm Chasing excursion (a week and a half ago).

This time I ended up in Eastern KS, and joined up with a group of fellow amateur chasers from the university of Oklahoma.

In the span of 3 days I managed to pound another 1500 miles on this truck (not too shabby for a 325,000 mile motor).

Yeah, the storm was tornado warned and moving at 70mph right for us. There had also been reports of golf ball sized hail, so we had to get out of there quick to avoid it.

this is from the 96 brochure someone posted in another thread. what is the haaaiiillll is this?!

ok i just went out and looked at my bed there are 3 indentions in the side of the bed just above wheel well height that i guess you would put 2x6"s across or just run a plank across the ridge to make a two tiered deal. has anyone ever used this or done this?

Yup, long beds got 4 of those. My bedliner has the indentations too. Was a new thing for the 400s.
