There's an entire thread on replacing the hub assemblies. Best to read the whole thing, as he does have some errors on the main posting.
If you replace the hubs, expect to ruin the three hub bolts on each side. Have replacements on hand. If, by some miracle, you can re-use your hub bolts, return the new ones.
"I" would not replace an OEM hub if it wasn't giving problems. Same for the CV axle.
Make sure the "grinding" isn't the dust shield rubbing on the rotor.
