I am installing a lift asap, and I need to do the control arm bushings and ball joints. Has anybody ever switched to the poly energy suspension bushings? They say you reuse the old sleeve, what does that mean? is it a pain to only remove rubber?

Thanks

Had the poly and they squeaked like mad after about 5k miles. I used anti seize everywhere. I pulled them out and went back to stock. You remove the sleeve by burning away the rubber bushing and cleaning up the sleeve.

Easy fix to the squeak.. get some rubbing alcohol and some powdered graphite and a spray bottle... combine in the bottle and spray.. the alcohol helps the graphite get into the small areas.
