Cig 12v power

Is there anyway or previous write up to making the 12v cig outlets cut power when the trucks off? because mine keep the devices on when the trucks not. and I killed my truck in the school lot this week because of my radar detector/ lights(snowy af).

So it would be awesome if i could just kill them with the truck being off being im so used to it in my other car.

Feed would be 12v constant.

Acc is key on only.

For some reason, I'm thinking my 98 turns the 12 ports off when not running......dunno for sure, just seems to be what I remember....

my 97 stays on. I want to change 2 of the outlets to acc only. That will happen will I get around to building a center console.
