Chime in on my console design...

Okay well here's my plans for my Tahoe's console..

I plan to take the old console and hack the inners out and use the top hatch and handle assembly, and also the inside that hold everything... The speakers are for 2, 12"s the little box on the front above the cup holders will hold the bass controls and any lighting switches... I've been in car audio for 2 years now so all the audio kinks will be worked out...

Any suggestions/kudos appreciated.

Looks like you got a good idea going, I'd like to see pics of the finished product.

Thanks man. I plan on doing it pretty soon. Only way I won't is if I go with a newer console
