i dont know if this is the right place and this might have been discussed before but i cant find it. i have a 97 k1500 ext cab 5.7 and the brake lights are intermittent. its acting like a 3 position switch. i press the pedal slightly and the lights come on, further pressure and they go off. slam it to the ground and there on. Ive already replaced the relay and brake switch at the pedal. the truck was doing this previous to me doing anything. is this a bad switch replacing a bad switch or is there another thing to look at. when i use my OBDII reader it shows the break working as should but the lights dont come on. HELP!!!
