Holdoff or metering valves go on the hydraulic system for the FRONT brakes of a front disc/rear drum system.You'll need a generic adjustable proportioning valve. There isn't a drop in solution so you'll have to adjust it up yourself. It goes on the line leading to the front brakes.

For the record...if you are in a collision with me, and I find out that you've disabled your ABS, you'll be explaining why you tampered with your brakes to a judge and jury.
