are all 3 temp sensors the same?

Based on my TBI 350:

The one on the intake manifold is called a coolant temp sensor. Two wires and is for the PCM.

The one on the drivers side head is a coolant temp sender. One wire for the gauge.

The other I have no idea. I would call it a coolant temp switch or cooling fan switch.
