Gotta buy a lot of ******* Jacks to get that many LED's.

Just kidding; though it looks like that set in particular is homemade, just judging by the slightly off spacing of a few of the LED's.

Places like SuperbrightLEDs, JC Whitney, (or a bazillion sellers on eBay) sell the strips you can use to make stuff like that.

They sell ones made by oracle that are alreay in stock housings on carid but theyre like $500. They sell just the square halos for cheaper but theyre still expensive as hell. The places richard mentioned would probably be cheaper.

I bought mine several years ago from https://www.ledconceptslighting.com, they were pretty expensive back then but they're a little cheaper now. There's several websites that sell them now the cheapest you could get them would be around $120 if i'm not mistaken. Just keep in mind if you get just the halo rings you still need housings and you have to do all the handywork yourself. Also make sure you get a driver to run them. Most websites do a package deal or include them but you will need one. Not sure if you only want the top ones or not but they mostly sell top and bottom kits now.
Other websites:
https://www.mwcustoms.net
https://colorwerkzled.com
and of course Oracle but they are really expensive.
