Air Conditioning problems

I have replaced the Fresh air Actuator (which is a P. I. T. A.) using this thread and I have a few problems.

1. How to clear the rest of the derbis from the ductwork?

2. Air conditioning is not blowing cold. The AC compressor is not engaging. Could this be a possible bad compressor?

I have never cleaned out my climate control ducts on my truc but as for the ac compressor, on my 92 truck and my 99 suburban the compressor would bot engage if there was no freon in the system.

could also be the cycling switch, I suppose

The truck has set up for a few years and it appears that it still has/had the R12 in it.
