Yeah here go use these to go adapt your lines coming out of your tank to -06 AN http://www.jegs.com/p/Earls/Earls-Fuel-Injection-Female-O-Ring-Seals/756078/10002/-1 then use -06 an hose and fitting's to a -06 an fuel filter of your choice and then these to adadpt back from -06 an to your tbi unit http://www.jegs.com/i/Earls/361/991954/10002/-1?parentProductId=754064 http://www.jegs.com/i/Earls/361/991955/10002/-1?parentProductId=754064 and that should work well. There are 4 adapter's needed 2 for feed and 2 for return, I listed them all.

I am running compression line, same idea as airline on tractor trailers. Canadian tire sells it and fairly cheap too. They have all the fittings needed to do from the tank to the TBI. Still need to use a short piece hard steel line at TBI and fuel filter.

Just wondering if having the same size return line will affect anything? I also plan on heads, cam, 46mm tbi, etc. in the future, so I was looking at swapping my pump to vortec pump since my tank will be out for the SAS. Is it possible or recommended to use said pump with the stock 350 tbi? I just figured it may return more fuel through the return line than the stock pump, dont know if this would be a problem?

No having the same size return won't hurt anything, and for a fuel pump, I would keep the tank and sending unit that you have and upgrade to either a Walbro 255 or get a Racetronix pump, either will support pretty much anything you will want to do, I have a Walbro 255 in my 95 to support my 6.0.
