Does a add a leaf ride worse than stock. I'm wanting 1-2" in the rear

I think aal will make your ride a little stiffer but people prefer that over a block. I have a block in the rear of my nbs and want to go with an aal

Depends on what you mean by rides worse. I like a stiffer ride.

My 90 was had the f44 package I think it rode better than my nbs at times

I bought some AAL's when doing my lift, but used the 4" blocks instead. Kind of wishing I had used the AAL's instead.

I'm sure the AAL's would help better when truck is loaded as well.

I did one add a leaf (from a military k20 factory spring pack) and a 1" block, and I know I could clear 33's no problem.
