I used to do a bunch of chops when I had Photoshop. Just so you know, lifting one in Photoshop is much harder than lowering one and it still look good. Mainly because you have to create picture where there wasn't any. When you're lowering one, you just cover picture up. Might be why no one has tackled it. Maybe someone will do it for you though.
