Alright I'm back, sorry :( Honestly this is embarrassing but if it's not one thing, it's another. So I can't get this nut off at the end. I don't consider myself a weak guy but this nut won't loosen at all. Sprayed tons of WD40. Maybe I need to look for some other penetrating spray? What can you tell me?

1. WD40 is a crappy penetrating lube. In fact, WD-40 is good for removing moisture, and damn little else. I haven't bought a can of that in decades.
2. Aluminum nut--can corrode to the aluminum pipe it's screwed-to. Easily deformed--the threads can seize due to bending the nut out of shape.
3. Heat is probably your friend. Given that it's aluminum, a propane torch would probably heat it enough to expand. The O-ring will be ruined. Don't create a leak past the O-ring that will cause refrigerant to catch fire from your torch.
