97 K2500 6.5 electrical issues

im having an issue where when i hit a bump or take a turn to hard my radio will cut out and come back on and all the lights will flicker. it looks like the ground strap has coroded and broken in half, would this be the source of my issue or do i have a deeper electrical problem? im also having an issue with my blower motor where it almost never works, ive replaced the resistor, relay, switch and the motor itself and no luck. every once and a while it will kick back on and work for a couple days then suddenly stop again. im thinking about removing the entire dash and checking all the wires at this point, does anybody have an idea what it could be?

fix the ground before you do anything! a bad ground can make people do very absurd things I know I have. if you want to know if that ground is the issue make a temporary one with clean metal and jumper cables.
