97 GM Drive Cycle?

I've read about the drive cycle online, yet my Suburban refuses to set catalytic converter monitor and o2 sensor heater monitor. I've driven like 100mi across two different days!

I thought my cats were dead but so far no codes or anything so they might be OK.

I'm under the impression here in California I can have ONE monitor NOT complete (as long as it's not failed)... but I'm wondering if these two are related, and if not, what I have to do to get at least one of them to set.

I guess it just took patience. I checked a day later, o2 heater monitor was done, and smog test was passed.
