97 Chevy k1500 camber issue

Hi everyone I have a 97 Chevy k1500 with a 6 inch Rcx lift, on 37's
A couple months ago I snapped my lower ball joint and had everything replaced, upper and lower ball joints tie rods, and the place who I had align it couldn't get the camber out couldn't turn the bolt far enough,

I was wondering what I should try to fix it.
