96 Vortec Timing Question

Anyone know of a reasonably priced programmer that can set the timing offset on a vortec 350? i hate spending $100 every time i have the motor apart.

Thanks, that's a good how to on it. Does anyone have experience with efilive? On their website it says its $125, sounds like a no brainer if it works.

I use the this with dashcommand. I may or may not have had to pay 10 bucks for features, can't remember but it does work.
