My brother put it on the computer at the dealer and it says both banks are running lean and it has a misfire well. Any help would be appreciated.

Check for vac leaks. If it's not obvious where it's at I've seen a few that like to leak around the spider body, the brake booster nipple, and from the base of the MAP (its only pushed into the top of the intake, not very secure), check there. If it were rich I'd say check your spider, but running lean points to too much air. Also check the MAF.

The misfire is probably being caused by the lean condition, so I wouldn't focus on that. If he can't find a leak and his MAF is fine, move on to O2 sensors. If you fix the lean condition it will most likely fix the misfire
