91 rcsb where are fuses for power window and locks

Im getting ready to switch out doors on my 91 rcsb to manual doors and need to know where the fuses are so that when i cut the wires they wont arch thanks.

There are none for the windows Maybe a small breaker in the fuse box for them. The locks are on the courtesy fuse ("CTSY").

Why not just disconnect the battery?

still arch when i hook it back up (unless i clean up all the wires) im lazy
