Took her to the Exhaust shop yesterday, needed a 3" pipe welded on a flange, a new muffler, and Catalytic converter welded into place... and the flange bolted onto the Y-pipe which has the same matching flange... and I supplied the gasket flange, cat and mufflers

I dread having exhaust work done, ive never been happy, 50% of the time theres leaks. I just dont get why its so difficult to do, ITS YOUR ONLY FREAKEN JOB OF THE DAY!!!for the love of whoever, just do it right!!!! I go to a different exhaust shop everytime, because im always dissapointed. these guys had a 5 star rating out of 42 reviews on yelp, and theres a bunch of nit picky whiners on there, so I was kinda impressed. so I go down there, all the guys are cool, its hot as hell so it took a while, were shooting the breeze, they finally finish up, they start the truck look for leaks, they cant find none. Im actually impressed there looking for leaks, Ive never seen that! drive her home pretty abusively, because im enjoying the new sound and bit more power the headers gave me, Back in the driveway, throw it in park....and there it is!.. the ********* sound you can ever hear after getting your exhaust done, a little pew pew slap of the air between 2 metal pieces leaking out of the exhaust... its leaking for sure, hopefully in between the 2 flanges, I was so annoyed I just walked inside. gonna go check it out later today after it decides to quit being 104 degrees outside.
