But seriously, the wiring is what throws me off of wanting to do the swap :nono:

Looks can be intimidating. It looks like it's crazy hard, but lt1swap.com has a complete list of what pins and wires to remove amd it makes it a cake walk. It took me 7 hours to do it but I wasn't in a hurry, I was just sitting on the couch so I figured I'd go ahead and start. The worst part about ot is that your fingers get raw amd torn up from removing so much electrical tape and wire loom.

Parts list I've ordered as of yesterday:
1. Oil pressure sending unit (broke it like a DA when I pulled the motor)
2. Motor mount conversion plates
3. Fuel pump
4. High pressure fuel line to connect the pump to the sending unit
5. All new ACDelco spark plugs
6. MSD plug wires

You "should" be seeing a lot more of it. Unless the gen III motor does like my gen I tbi motor did and decides to randomly burst into flames whenever it decided to act up!

The story behind this picture...

I was outside looking at the nbs frame and the fuel lines when I saw what I thought was a rock sitting in the frame rail.. turns out it was an altoids can with a magnet holding it to the frame. I won't post a picture of the "sugar" that was inside it.. needless to say, it was a big surprise.
