89 Silverado custom door handle ideas

So I roughed up a few ideas on Photoshop of some door handles. Just a few I've been thinking about and finally decided to "put them down on paper." Let me know what you think! (Good or bad)

The concept of these next two is cleanliness. In other words, getting rid of the plastic and cleaning it up a bit. I would love to try one of these out for real, but I don't have the time or balls to do it. (not until this turns into a project truck and not a daily driver)
