I redid both door panels and front bucket over summer with the same colors. I put fiberglass on the backside of the panel to give the weak cardboard some strength and also put fiberglass on the front where the carpet material goes.

How much of a headache are they to redo? They look pretty flat with not a lot of curve, so they shouldn't be to bad but ive been wrong before.

They are not bad but the only "hard" part is tucking the material under the plastic edges. Just make sure you have the right amount of extra material to tuck under. Also, the stripe material will not lay flat if you fold it, you can see it on the driver side on the fourth vertical line. You can avoid this by keeping it flat and folding the solid blue material when sewing.
