I haven't measured, but having both a 1500 and a 3500, that front sway bar hasn't caught my eye. I figured they were the same. Maybe I'll take a peek tomorrow when I have them in the same place at the same time if I remember.

It's not a huge difference, I think 1/2 ton is 1 1/16" an 1 ton is 1 1/4" but I think depending on the gvwr they could have gotten different ones too as every one an a while I see 1 1/8 listed out there too.

The only thing I’ve found that easily removes old thin PlastiDip is a thicker layer of PlastiDip sprayed on to of it and allowed to dry….. seems very tedious and expensive, looks like I’m just gonna clog sandpaper instead….

That would probably do it. But ive seen something you could spray on that wasnt as harsh on the paint and pressure wash it off quite easy.

I watched a guy do it but its been a while, was gonna try to get ahold of him and ask

So, dumb question, anyone know how thick of spacer I’ll need to run my 265/75r16s as duals to prevent rubbing the sidewalls?
1.5” would be a safe bet, my dad’s got a 2” spacer on the rear of his dually with 265/75r16s and it’s got about an inch of space between the 2 tires.
