5.3 swap

Done a 5.3 swap in my 94 a month or two ago. Just wanted to post a pic and help anyone with any questions. I love to help. Its out of an 02 and has 120xxx. Tows great and burns the road up when I wana. Very happy!

Ha. I tore into it and gave up bc I still wanted to use the stock guages. Found a guy local that wired it up in about 5 hours for $400 and had it running and a tune.

Yep. Brendon patten is his name out of southern mo. Good, cheap and every short bed chevy around is gettin a 5.3 with a cam now. Literally everyone is doing it.

I've been searching a lot and wanting to either do a 5.3 or 6.0 swap. Have a stock 91 with 4l60e and want to add just a shift kit. Any idea of price you had putting this in? I'm assuming you did most yourself excluding wiring of harness? Thanks man
