4x4 Shift knobs?

when i got my 98 it had a skull manual shift knob on it. snatched it off when i found the factory knob in the glove box.

i kinda just want something clean and simple, id like the shift lever itself longer, could you make a longer lever if i had pics or sent the lever i have?
