I think i might just rebuild with better gears my dad is helping me with the cash so wanna get it back rolling before he spends the cash else where

Are 4.56 gears good with 24inch wheel with a limited slip posi and if i go 4.56 gear would i have problems wen i put my factory 16's on?

Maybe a little overgeared for stock rims, but all it would hurt is mileage.

3.73 is probably best for stock size rims/tires, 4.10 to 4.56 for anything much bigger.

EDIT: what size tires are you running? (265, 285)

My factory's are 265/75/16 and my summer wheels are 305/35/24 but i asked because i always take the off in winter even if i dont drive it thru the winter

4.10's or 4.56, either would be good, but unless you plan to go to 315's I would go with 4.10s.
