4l60e to 5 speed swap questions

Right now in my 98 im having noises which seem to be coming from my torque convertor. Ive been wanting to do a 5 speed swap anyway so this is a good excuse to go through with it. I have a chance to buy a complete 95 k1500 4x4 4.3 5 speed, whole running and driving truck for $600. Now Ive heard the tranny will bolt to my 5.7, but am i going to run into any problems? I figured i would need w hole wiring harness from a 5.7 5 speed truck along with the pcm.

here is the search i did and you can go through and find what you need, i only searched for this site...im sure there is more info. I dont know much about the swap but i can tell you chanes are the 5 speed in the 4.3 is an NV3500
