Intentions when I found this truck was to put a 6.0 ls engine. After a lot of going back and fourth with myself I decided to go back to what I had back in 1997. A 1990 scsb with a 406.
So today I started looking and found a virgin 400 sbc long block. Tomorrow I will take it to machine shop to make sure everything is good and to get punched out .40 to make it a 408. Flat top 2 valve relief pistons and my short block should be done in a couple weeks.
Don't know what to do about heads yet though.
Thoughts Ideas???
