It also depends on the tire compound, psi, rim size etc....all those factors along with suspension. Are you going to be using stock setup up front, dropped components like tuff country, SAS, etc. The 350 tbi doesn't weigh ALOT more than the 4.3, so I can tell ya somewhat how it'll feel as my 2dr yukon had 44" SS boggers before switching to 38" TrXus(more street friendly)....the TrXus ride a hell of a lot better than the boggers, but I also ran 30psi on the highway whereas the boggers were 15psi on backroads. Ofcourse I'm used to my trucks not riding like cars, so I probably can't tell a big difference.
