Hey everyone,
Looking to put a ls 6.0,4l80 and rear axle from a 2005 2500HD and front axle from a 1979 f250 into my 1997 2dr Tahoe. I would like to stick with the 3/4 ton theme and upgrade to a heavier transfer case. Which case would still be manual shift with drivers side drop? I was looking at a BW4401 from the same era but from what I've found there is some wiring shenanigan's that need to take place. I was hoping for a plug and play setup or close to it.
Recommendations? comments?

Thanks

3/4 ton got the same case as the half ton, but with a 32 spline input shaft. The BW cases are 1 ton specific. I don't have anything for you on swapping it in, but I will say that my bw cases are not set up for a slip yoke and I'm not sure if that was an option for them or not.
