Manual transfer case shifter.

I have a 94 Chevy Suburban K2500. NP241C transfer case. Does anyone know how to take the transfer case shift assembly out? I've pulled 4) 10mm bolts out. I can see from below. There are some smaller screws. Up top where the heads are they're the same size as the small hole and not lined up. So how do you get them out? Or am I missing something?

Once take cover off there are 4 bolts. Prolly the seal is making it stick. Need to pop the linkage off to take all the way out.
