Hi all, was wondering if anyone could share a list of torque specifications for the L31 engine. I found the upper and lower manifold bolt torque specs but am also looking for the others including a/c and alternator brackets, etc. Thanks!

If you're still interested, I can scan and post everything from the '99 GM Service Manual. Give me a day or two, with July 4th and all...I'm a spec freak, so can understand if you would like to know exactly what the General suggest for all the crap bolted to our L31's!

Sure if you don't mind. I'm watching some manuals on eBay too.

I scanned the specs pages from the 1999 GM Service Manual (GMT/99-CK-2). I got the set of (4) volumes off ebay right after I got my 2000 Escalade, and as far as I can tell, not much if anything is different between these '99 books and my '00 Esky, just in case that helps as you look for a set on ebay. Well worth the dough.

Without further jibber jabber, I'll (attempt!) to post the scans now...looks like I'll have to do one at a time...

And last and probably least, pages 6-25 and 6-29...I skipped the GM SPO Group Numbers pages. Yeah, the last bunch of pages isn't bolt torque related, but I figured what the hell while I was at the big Xerox!

Holler if you need something else.
