I think gmt400 cowl hoods are borderline fugly. I like the wide raised look of the HD hood mod. But I originally thought it was just a hard to find stock hood, not a fully custom graft of a gmt800 hood onto a 400 hood. To me, that opens up more possibilities.

And if googling HD hood helped any, I wouldnt be just now finding out it's a full custom job.

If you show up at a body shop with the 800 and 400 hood you want to combine and give even the most basic of explanations they will get it done.

IE: I want that hood skin on that hood so it looks like this picture.

Be prepared to open your wallet fairly wide.

:roflsquared: well he doesnt seem to understand that the mod may require professional work so...eh...it needs to be parroted that it wont be cheap lol

Eh if he has both hoods already it should only cost about $40 :jester:
