Step 1: Get it out of the road.
Step 2: Figure out if it has fuel, spark, and air.
Step 3: If any of those 3 things are absent, make them present.
Step 4: Drive it.

You're welcome.
You forgot one more under step 2...Vacuum. You can have the big 3 and still not run if you have a mechanical issue that’s interfering with timing or not being able to produce enough vacuum. Correct all of that and you will be on your way.

Fair point about timing, but this guy probably has no clue what timing is...

I hope I'm putting this in the right place...
and hopefully someone can direct me in the right direction.

I was driving my 1994 Sierra 1500 and it started to sputter like it was running
out of gas. This happened for about 3 seconds then it stalled. I tried restarting
but it only cranks strong without any sign of turning over.
I got the truck towed home and over the past 1.5 weeks I replaced the fuel
pump, EGR and less than a year ago I put in a fuel filter. The truck still won't
start.

Is this enough information to know what the problem is? This wasn't a problem
that was building and getting worse. The truck ran fine until It stalled in the
middle of the road and now it won't start.

I recently had the exact same issue with my 99 Tahoe and it turned out the be a completely shot distributor cap and rotor. Have you taken those apart to check their condition?

My 98 did the same, came off the highway into town, and quit. wouldn't start had it towed home. Turned out to a rotted ground strap to the frame under the hood above the starter.

I would check the coil first, since your truck is old enough and that is about the time they like to up and die.
