My wires ripped out from the inside of my ac clutch. I took the bolt on the front, But I cant tell if there is a snap ring inside of there or it's just simply pressed in and I have to rent a puller for it. I found a clutch assembly for sale on rock auto, but I dont know if these are hard to remove or not :nono:

any help would be greatly appreciated.

I wAs wondering why you pretty much have to by a whole new compressor when the clutch goes. The diff in price is so close for a full comp, or just a clutch. It sucks.
My clutch is bad but compressor seems fine. Ugh

By doing just the clutch you do not have to evac the freon and recharge it like you have to do with a compressor.... so it "usually" ends up cheaper in the long run especially if you rent the puller from the parts house instead of going out and buying one..

sent from what use to be a great nation...
