Its not your sway bar. Its a PITA to get any of the links on these trucks to line up with the hole in the arm.

This is very true, although I did find a way to make changing our sway bar links a little bit easier. I used a ratchet strap with the truck jacked up to bring the LCA and the sway bar as close together as possible.. It was still difficult to get them put in, but this made it a lot easier.
