So in a regretful decision made in haste I ordered the 1” Light Duty rotor version of dropped spindles from McGaughys for my 1998 Sierra Extended cab. Sending back the spindles is not an option. What all do I need to do to make these spindles work?
TIA.

Get the right spindles. Downgrading your brakes would be dumb. If you can't do that, then don't lower your truck. These trucks have crappy brakes as it is.... you'll notice one of the most popular upgrades discussed on the forum is brakes.... everyone wants better brakes.

That’s what I was thinking. But hoping wasn’t the case and that the difference wouldn’t make it brake that much worst.

Sell 'em. If I weren't keeping my truck at stock height for easy maintenance, I'd already be PM'ing you.
