    guys- 160,000 on my 96-to be proactive on motor and occasional CEL light on, other than EGR valve, Engine idle control unit, what else should be replaced as I’m in there? Had new exhaust w Cats already installed- stock motor. Truck is a keeper and want this ready for another winter coming. Thanks!!

    I have the 10’s in my stock 96 2 door and new SS cats as well- it’s loud but I like it- under load it cackles, but that was the goal.. either choice and you’re good

    Guys- my original (160,000 mile) alternator is squeaking upon startup- is this the beginning of its end? If so, what alt’ have you upgraded to? Nice stereo, did the “big 3” upgrade already(awesome), maybe better lights, etc going forward- thoughts?

    guys- replacing exhaust with true duals, might as well replace manifolds too. Read 4x4’s need to use “shorties”? Whose do you like? Why? I will have them ceramek coated, etc as it gets driven in winter, too. Thanks!

    Glad to report back that I did just have a vacuum leak at the brake booster- glad to know there are still honest shops out there- $50 vs $1,000 or more- whew. Thanks guys-

    guys, trucks been idling rough, and erratic ... check engine light came on- have a hunch is at least the fuel pressure regulator, maybe fuel pump too. Dropped off at trusted shop- what’s a guess as to the bill to replace an inexpensive part since it seems time/labor intense taking the intake...
